笑ったり泣いたりしながらも、こどもたちへの愛情を決して失わない保育士がいる保育園は、絶対に「いい保育園」だと私たちは思います。

そして、「どんな保育士がいるか」は、これから我が子を預けようとお考えの保護者の方々にとっても、また就職を考えている保育士志望の方々にとっても、本当に知りたい大事な情報のひとつではないかと思います。
